About MeMY STORYMegan Abbott is an illustrator based in Essex and London, who studied Illustration and Animation at London Metropolitan University.
She mainly works both digitally and with the Riso Machine. Enjoying projects that incorporate research and history, as well as more decorative work, using colours to express my ideas. She uses patterns, nature, shapes, and people in her practice and is open to lots of different types of commissions, especially those in publishing and packaging.
CLIENTS AND COMPETITIONS She has entered competitions such as D and AD New Blood (2025) and in-house competitions at university. She has worked with Liliesleaf Trust twice (in both 2024 and 2025) to create educational outcomes that focus on the important history of the Anti-Apartheid movement.
